Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request within 24 hours and email you a Return Authorization Number along with detailed shipping instructions. Please do not send items without this authorization.

Package and Ship Your Return

Processing & Resolution

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange according to your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and product integrity, the following items from our collection cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Plejeprodukter (Care Products) – For health and safety reasons
  • Damehandsker & Handsker og luffer (Women’s Gloves & Gloves and Mittens) – Intimate apparel items
  • Dameluffer (Women’s Mittens) – Intimate apparel items
