Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and email you a Return Authorization Number along with detailed shipping instructions. Please do not send items without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to our returns center:

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The timing of when the funds appear in your account depends on your financial institution:

Refund Amount
Your refund will include the product price and applicable taxes. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and product integrity, the following items from our collection cannot be returned unless defective:

- Damehandsker & Handsker og luffer (Women’s Gloves & Gloves and Mittens) – Intimate apparel items
- Damleluffer (Women’s Mittens) – Intimate apparel items

International Returns
As we serve customers globally (excluding certain Asian countries and remote locations), international returns follow the same process outlined above. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
Exchange Requests
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value. If you’re requesting an exchange for a more expensive item, we’ll provide instructions for paying the difference. For less expensive exchanges, we’ll refund the difference.
Exchange Shipping: We cover the cost of shipping your replacement item to most global destinations (excluding certain Asian countries and remote locations).
Defective or Damaged Items
